About the Podcast
I used to own a print advertising business.
By 2004 I had gained 65 pounds and was absolutely miserable.
Doctors told me I produced too much cortisol, my adrenals didn't work properly, and I had low energy levels compared to other people so it would be hard for me to lose weight.
I gave up my business to dedicate my life to figuring out how to lose weight once and for all...without losing my mind.
I figured the best way to figure that out was to start my own workout program.
I started the first version of my Camp Rhino Gyms in 2004 to whip myself into shape.
I lost and gained weight over and over until I finally figured out the 3 things no weight loss program ever told me. These 3 things helped me lose weight once and for all, without taking up too much time or driving me insane.
Now, I am dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and hardworking peeps lose weight long term because I know how much extra weight, low energy and low confidence affects every aspect of our lives and business....including our ability to make the largest impact possible.
As of 12/6/21, this show is dedicated to helping anyone who listens:
